Planning 

Basic Services Provided by the Planning Unit 

Planning is prepared by staff based on the general needs of the population. Effective planning enables the District to achieve the targets it has set in its annual budget. The planning process also includes the Imihigo (performance contracts) that the District signs with His Excellency the President of the Republic. At the end of the fiscal year, an evaluation is conducted to assess whether the planned targets have been achieved.
