  4. Payment receipt of 50,000 Frw for excavation on an earth road

III. Applicants requesting street lights

  1. Application letter
  2. Technical study conducted by REG
  3. Contribution from the applicants

IV. Request for access to plots from asphalt roads (Access on asphalt road)

FOR A NEW BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION

  1. Building permit issued by the competent authority
  2. Land title
  3. Site plan showing the land use as indicated on the land title
  4. Application letter addressed to the Executive Secretary of the District
