FINANCE UNIT
- Coordinating the preparation of the annual budget and producing reports on its utilization.
- Processing payments for partners who provide various services to the District and preparing related reports.
- Providing monthly and annual reports on the use of the budget for the District and its affiliated institutions (schools, health centers, hospitals, and sectors).
- Identifying and collecting taxes and fees decentralized to local government entities in collaboration with the Rwanda Revenue Authority.
- Receiving and assisting clients who visit the Finance Unit and responding to various official correspondences.
