- Land parcel consolidation (land merging).
- Correction of land boundaries or land area.
- Replacement of land documents issued under previous laws with documents compliant with current laws.
- Conversion of long-term lease into full ownership or emphyteutic lease.
- Correction or modification of information about individuals registered on land titles.
- Correction or modification of information about a legally recognized association registered on land titles.
- Registration of co-ownership (condominium) on buildings and subdivision into individual units.
- Registration of an individual unit within a co-owned building.
- Transfer of ownership rights of a condominium unit.
- Registration of additional information in the land registry.
